01/11/13: McHenry Lab: TP03 is OOS. We have advised our client to contact IEPA.
1/14/13: TP 03 is the primary discharge to the distribution system. The HSP take suction from the 66K tank that is filled by Well1-TP 01 and Well2-TP 02 and discharge to the distribution system, TP 03. I highly doubt that TP 03 is OOS. -Jeff Peca
